Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, returns and your product. If you can't find your answer here, contact us and we'll reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Orders

Once you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email straight away. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery takes 5-7 business days after your order is processed. Shipping is free on orders over $100. See Shipping Info for the full details.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also follow your order on the Track Your Order page.

Returns & refunds

We offer 30-day money-back returns. If you're not 100% satisfied, see Returns to start the process.

Using your product

Slip it on, plug it into any USB power bank, choose your heat and timer setting, and enjoy. The heating pads and wires detach so the blanket is 100% machine washable. Our heating technology is tested so that overheating isn't possible.
